I received my approval notice. I have been told by corporate attorney to wait for my daughter's approval before going for stamping as it may affect her legal status. My daughter's AOS has a RD a couple of months after mine.
Experts please advise. Thanks

My I-485 has been approved. I checked both the on-line and voicemail.
After graduating from school, I have lived my last 7 years in uncertainty and putting my entire life’s-plan on hold. My case was simple and straightforward – hired from school to work for a global firm, never changed job...
I did my FP in Newark on 4/12/02 (computerized). Today the AVM updated to ".. pending review". Folks what does this mean? I thought the AVM changes to ".. process resumed". Does this mean that I\'ll have to FP again. Anyone with similar experience, please respond. Thanks.
All -
I am starting this discussion with the goal of building a strategy to deal with delays associated with CP approved I-140. Currently, while March 01 cases are getting approved, only a few Dec 00 CP based I-485 approvals are showing-up - a 3 months delay.
Please post you suggestions.
Assuming that I-485 has been meticulously done and you continue with the sponsoring company - is there any further dependency on the corporate attorney or the corporate legal department if you have a clean case.
Thanks - appreciate all your feedback.
I believe once we get past July and August cases, September onwards the approvals should be fairly rapid. Please provide your details. Here\'s mine:
