Info pass Info pass is only helpfull if your case is pending at local office, not at Vermount, it is not for every body....unless you are applying for Emergency AP or interm EAD......

No First of all, even when your PD is current also you cannot get 551 stamped unless you have approval notice or approved through interview. And the new Visa Bulletin released takes effect from January 1st 2007 and yours is NOT current in January also because of JUST one day.

So its not true that we can only stay outside max of 60 days(atleast by law) even thought their might be allowing people in who are stay outside more than 60.
