Yeeeyyy!!!! :D My Husband is here...I'm so happy.... No Durgum, It's not approved yet...but the INS office told him that he will have to send it directly to Chicago office for process..if it was already approved...he'd get work permit right there... :(

Hi Durgum, I found out the same information...this sucks because they can't do anything until they get the work permit...really, it's frustrating. Here in Michigan I'm more worried about getting my husband's driver's license etc. before the snow starts...so that he doesn't have to wait around...
