Tegas, it's not concurrent filing. But it's filed with 485 after 140 approved.

any new 485 filed in March or April ?

Jc, You may get ur receipt very soon. Although you sent all apps in one package, you may receive receipt on diff day. I sent my 485, EAD and AP in ONE package, I did not receive all receipts at the same time (perhaps due to post office or ...). Just be easy, patient and good luck!

    Rfe Question

You could check if CSC receives your RFE via checking system, I did not receive any Recd Notice (probably CSC sent to my employer, I had no idea). But I knew CSC received my RFE (vis checking Sys) a few days after I sent it out. Hope this helps some how (be easy). Good luck! :)

    Rfe Question

In generally, you should be able to see the received of your RFE from the CSC checking system. After two months they received my RFE, I got my I-140 approved. Good luck!! :)

    Is CSC still working?

:) I think CSC was working in March (but not sure in Apr) since got my EB1 approved. You might need to have little patient (5-6 months may not enough in most cases unless you are very luck). Hope you get your I-140 approved soon. :)
