labor clearance for green card
hi i'm kumar currently working in NY. My company filed for labor certification on May 2001. I still have ten more months for my H-1 to expire.In the meantime i got a job transfer to atlanta,but my lawyer said that if i shift to atlanta i may need to file for a new labor certification there...- pandikumar
