Generally its after 90 days. You have to wait for 90 days.

My friend got about 28 responses for the LC ad. What are the chances of survival. Normally what is the acceptable range with which one might get certified without much problems. Those of you who got LC cleared, can you please specify how many responses you got.

Yes it is a NON RIR case and from Colorado. This is true bcoz they have even placed the ads according to instructions and they are hoping to get it cleared in next month or so. And it is a software job.

Here is the Good News. I guess Denver labor moved out from April 01. My friend got response from Colorado SESA 2 weeks back. His PD was in first or second week of May.

Dol Website still shows April '01. Only RIR has moved one month forward, that too after 2 months. Is it that your lawyer told you just like that. Does anyone has credible info about this. Does any MAY applications got response from Colorado SESA. Looks like its going to take forever.

Ya Thats true. Rule goes something like this - All Non-RIR cases applied before 08-03-01 can be converted to RIR without losing the priority date.

Still 2 more months................Its very bad. I thought that they will start processing MAY applications from November. Mine is in August 2001. Do you have any idea of the number applications after April. Hope that the "current status" for 140 & 485 wont go away by the time our labor gets...
