my current salary is less than what was used for LCA. my lawyer said i have to get a letter from my employer to confirm they will pay me the salary on LCA upon the completition of greencard, which is supposed to be the date of the interview.
but i saw some people said it's not a big deal...
this is weird. our cases were mistakenly transfered to Baltimore, which means they make mistakes. but i'm not sure if your case is a mistake or not. better call the national 800 number.

i talked to my lawyer yesterday. he said in these days, it takes about a year from the transfer date to get an interview in philly. i've been waiting for almost 270 days. haven't got any interview notice. hopefully a year is the reality.

my wife has similar situation. only difference is she doesn't have EAD. we are going to travel with AP in Jan. i asked my lawyer if she needs i-20 to come back. my lawyer said she's not f1 any more. she's under adjustment of status. therefore, she doesn't need i-20 to come back.
