TSC has issued a RFE for medical examination even though i had submitted everything when i filed for 485 in OCT - 2003. Is this normal? Why wud they issue RFE when my last medical was done not more than a year ago? Intrestingly they did not issue same RFE for my wife, yet. Thanks

Although not very scientific, but the duration of new EAD's that will be issued henceforth may help in determining the time limit in which a person will get his 485 approved... Lesser the duration of EAD higher the hopes of early approval... Just a thought...
