I am a US Citizen and filling the 1-130 for my father who had lived in the US for 15 years. He left the country since 2005 and is 10 years bar is up. Do i need to fill a waiver for him?
What else do i need to include on the application?

No i did not, i did not even say i was a permanent resident. I used a work permit they gave me, it just expired and i continued working. I was just lucky they did not e-verify me. I used my own social security as well

Now he got remarried and filling for AOS. His wife is a USC. I am thinking he should disclose that he was married and got it annuled. Should it be disclosed in G325A?
