Hello all, I am getting ready to apply my N400 and was filling out the Time outside the United States section. I have traveled outside North America and the dates can be easily got from the passport stamps. What I am wondering is, I have taken a couple of trip to Canada in the last 5 years...

These service centers are known to do load sharing frequently. Most of us who applied at CSC received our GCs already. Folks who applied at Vermont are still waiting. So I think it's good for your application to be moved to CA :)

I did it when I had originally applied for my GC. Anxiety got the better of me then :) For I-751, I just went on the appointed date. It was around a month or so after I had received the appointment letter.

CA service center seem to work a little faster than Vermont. I received my approval notice a few days ago and today I received the GC in mail. Thankfully this stage is done with.

If you filled out the form correctly and sent the correct fee amount, you should receive your extension soon. RFE, if ever, comes in later.

It really doesn't matter how you send it. If you are shipping on a Friday, just use regular priority mail with signature confirmation. It would reach on Monday which is what would happen if you ship overnight on a Friday. Also Priority mail almost always reaches to its destination in 2 days. If...

Since I lost my biometrics appt receipt, I didn't have a way to check it online. I called them today to see if I can get the new receipt number but instead I was informed that the petition is now approved and I should receive my card within 60 days :D It would be nice to receive it soon and have...

I am on the same boat as you, my friend. Did my biometrics on the day it was scheduled (I don't remember the day and I've seem to misplace the receipt). Haven't heard a peep since and the case is still not showing on the website. Just have to wait it out now.

Hey Thomkip - I don't find anything online either. And from my experiences before, I don't expect to find anything until the case is approved/RFE or such circumstances ;) I won't worry much about it. We all know that's how it works.

Got my biometrics done yesterday. Just on my scheduled date. No walk in for me. Guess that waiting game starts :)
