    EB1B I140 denied

It is very unfortunate that your application was denied. It is risky to file concurrent 485 with EB1 140 because unless the 140 gets approved, there is no value for the 485 which is about 2K for 2 people. Since your lawyer made you do that, I can feel your anxiety in going with the same path...

    EB3 to EB2 Conversion - Different Employer.

Consult a lawyer. They should know. :) Here is one possibility. Your EB2 PD should have been 08/2004 because since you have 140 approved in EB3 already, any new filings will inherit the previous PD. So ask your lawyer to * Apply 140 while attaching the old eb3 140 copy indicating the...

    I 140 expenses

140 is a employer application. They are proving that they are capable of paying you the salary that they listed in the labor application. Not sure whether there is a law that requires the employer to pay the application fee.

    Different A#s in I-140 and I-485

Ask your lawyer to send a letter requesting consolidation of A#s. I have seen on various forums where people with similar issues got the consolidation with lawyer letters.

Can I apply amore than one I-140?

I think I also have seen cases on forums where if a person had EB3 and EB2 with different PDs, they would consider EB2 with the earlier PD and approve 485s. USCIS did this automatically. But USCIS ways are unpredictable. :) Sometime USCIS do not send any response. They just correct the PD at...

Difference between Eb2 and EB1 status

It is extremely important how you present your case, primarily the cover letter. If the cover is boring and does not display passion or strong credentials, I seriously doubt the evaluator will look at your packet. There are tons of apps waiting for his attention. Check the tips here...

    EB-1 EA Criteria

There are two types of EB1 that may be applicable here: 1) EB1- Extraordinary Abilities (http://bit.ly/dophyK) and 2) EB1 - Outstanding Researcher(http://bit.ly/alNpBa) . The evidence requirements are slightly easier in OR than EA. EA is extremely difficult.

Can I apply amore than one I-140?

You need to correct the EB2 approved 140 to use the PD from EB3. For this, you probably have to send copies of both 140s and request USCIS to correct the PD. Your lawyer will be able to guide you. When you had applied 140 in EB2, you should have sent a copy of your EB3 140. That way, they...
