Hi all,  ND:6TH OCT 2000  RFE DATE ISSUED = 30TH AUG 2001  RFE RECIEVED ON 10TH SEP 2001  FOR INCOMPLETE MEDICAL EXAM FOR SELF  REF REPLIED ON 22ND SEP 2001  AVM UPDATED ON 25TH SEP 2001  485 APPROVED ON 24TH OCT 2001  AVM UPDATED ON 25TH OCT 2001

Still Waiting RFE recieved by INS on 28th. Sep.

I had a RFE for Medical , posted on 30th Aug , and it was repiled on 18 the Sep. Today I checked the AVM and it say that the RFE was recieved on 25th Sep and it usually take 346-540 days to settle these kind of case but since in my case the initial work was done it will take 540 days to resolve...

No Title AVM just said RFE, spoke to a IIO who said the RFE was for incomplete Medical Tests.

No X-rays or Vaccination Since I was in my last trimester I was not given any Vaccination or X-ray tests. Cann\'t say about chances of RFE since on the portal I had read about many cases which got approved without RFE , guess you have to be lucky. Best of Luck.

Hi,  My notice date was Oct.6 2000, yesterday the AVM said that an RFE has been issued due to incomplete Medical Exam, I had not got the regular Medical Tests done due to Pregnancy, can anyone please let me know if I will have to undergo the whole Medical test or will the RFE clearly...

Thanks for the Medical Info details........... I was not able to complete my medical examination due to pregnancy, do you have any idea if they would issue an RFE in that case, my ND was Oct 6th., haven\'t heard anything yet.

Incomplete Medical Form ????????? Please be more specific, since I think I am in the same boat.What was exactly incomplete?
