Did you ask them to mail out the information at the same time? When i did i got it in less than 2 weeks.

I got my red light citation after my application. I presented the receipt of payment to the IO. She updated my appication and after the interview told me a decision cannot be made since a supervisor has to review the citation. The fee was 270 in total. So now i have to wait a few more weeks...

I called, used the automated system and got transcripts for the last 5 years.
