if u have money to waste u can try but i doubt if they would allow u entry :

u shld have sent them a letter with the copy of ur ticket when u left b4 the denial letter came. u can still send it with a copy of ur ticket and the stamp in ur passport. with a letter telling them u left b4 the denial letter came. good luck

all u have to do is file the AOS package. my husband was an f1 student who went out of status in 05. when u marry a citizen u are forgiven. u dont need a lawyer. i did ours all by my self just read the instructions. u can get a list of the doc to send in on www.visajourney.com. good luck
