Surrendering US passport

H1 Extension and Transfer
My H1 is getting expired on 25-Jul-08 , I have filled for extension and it is yet to be approved. If I want to switch employer whether I can it now or I have to wait till my H1 extension is approved. I am also planning to go to India during December 08 so whether it is better get my H1...- s.sureshram
