J1(2hrr)-F1-PR?
Hi, I wonder if anyone could tell me if it is possible for me to appy for PR without applying to get a waiver? I was on J1 with 2 year home residency requirement and have just changed to F1 quite recently. i have not fulfilled the requirement yet. I am planning to apply for PR, but not sure...- linlang

Hi,
I came to USA as a fulbrighter ( J1visa) and have just changed to F1. Is it possible for me to apply for H1B visa or GC? Is it possible to get a waiver if i get married to a USA citizen? What documents are required to apply for a waiver under marriage condition? many thanks!- linlang
