I think so. we never know...about NSC. Already some may/june cases got approved. My lawyer told two of her clients got approved(may/june NSC)

Yes their published dates are not in accordance with actual processing process. Do they process I-140 by country wise or all together?

Thank you for ur reply. I heard that I-485 is AOS, Once we file I-485, H-1 or H-4 will become out of status even though we use EAD. What if she loses her H-4 once she use EAD (if something happen to my I-140). Does she needs to go back to home country get stamped again? Thanks
