I'm a US citizen, and I just checked the NOA receipt. The priority date field is blank.
So how is this case different If I am a citizen? What do you mean when you say that a visa number is immediately available?
Does this mean less waiting?

I sent in my I-130 for my wife to join me in the states. However, I forgot to include a copy of the marriage cert. with the filing.
I have already received the I-797 Notice of Action 1, indicating that my file has been received and is pending.
How and where do I send in this...

the tourist visa (b2) is for nonimmigrant intent, but the I130 indicates immigrant intent...correct?
We are just trying to find a way to see each other as soon as possible....
