URGENT - sponsor Status for DS 156
My Parents have a visa interview ( B2 ) in 3 weeks . I received my EAD , but I still work for the same H1B employer . What is my status , as far as the visa issuing consulate is concerned ? Is it I-485 AOS , or am I still on a H1B ? :confused: :confused: :confused:- ps182
