H4 to h1 converstion- Very urgent
Hi, I am in US on H1b visa. My wife having h4 visa and she is in india. she is comming US on next month. We also plan to apply H1 for my this year. If we apply her h1 now before she entered in US. a) can she come to US on H4 before Oct and change to H1 in Oct?( without going to India.)...- kaushikjp
