How long was your case in DATA Review? Mine was reopened on 9/20/06 and it's in DATA review status. Someone said it would take 3-9 months to adjudicate a case once it's assigned to an analyst.

New update: my case was closed. :mad: :mad: :mad: My attorney is trying to reopen the case. I'm going to seek help from other channels as fellow suffers suggest, for example, contacting senator etc.

Looks you all got 45-day letters before. Anybody in the same boat as me, no 45-day, PD nov 2002, waiting for reply from nobeccontact@...? Just feel so desperate.

No 45 day letter. All my colleagues filed on the same day except me got 45-day letter last year and received the labor approval recently. Bad luck! Huh?
