is it worth it?
I mean if I am not mistaken it would take more than 5 years for anything to happen if my mom files a new I-130. So is it worth having her file a new I-130 or should I just wait this current situation through?

I was surprised too when we i saw an approved I-130. I wasn't expecting any replies anytime before 2012. But anyhow, what does visa not being available mean?

but the stamp on I-94 expires in 2008....correct?
but your I-94 itself should be valid till 2010
which means that if you have to get it re-stamped, you can go to Canada or Mexico and get that done, or dont do...
I am from Pakistan. I have heard the same thing from few other ppl that it may cause me some trouble in GC processing. Its just a shame though that when i thought everything was under control, i totally forgot about special registration. And i had no damn excuse to cover that up at that time...
