12/28/05 Current Status: My labor & 140 got approved (Nov 2005). In the 6th year of H1 (till June 2006 - 6 months). Question1 : When should I apply for AOS-Adj. of Status? Do I need to wait till 485 is current? Question2 : Should I apply for 7th yr h1 extension first and then apply AOS- grncrd
