I have two questions: 1. Do I need get visa stamping ( I am currently on F1 status in USA, want to switch to H1, no plans to travel). 2. Does USCIS send new I-94 with the H1B (I797 C) approval notice? Thanks.

i got my approval email today. i am a bit wary, because my wife is the primary, isnt she supposed to get approved before they approve mine?? (i am hoping that my wife is also approved but we have not got the email yet) I hope its not a sick joke by uscis (not that i can do anything about it).

our 485 RD is 30 days past processing times (as per yesterday publication). when we called customer service, he says he does not know.....and he will initiate some enquiry to TSC and we will get something by post/mail. anyone knows a better way to find status??....i will have to wait one...
