Hi, I plan to start a computer consulting company (LLC or corp). Does anyone know whether I can use AC21 (in the future.. long way to go.. ) to join my own company as a consultant? I know that I need to have I140 approved and it should be more than 180 days after filing I485 to use AC21...- GCVA2002
