H1B transfer
HI Iam in US from Jan 2003,MY H1B is valid till oct 2006.I am planning to quit my present job. If i need to transfer H1 B to a new company,Do i need to have 1 year validity ? or can i join the new company any time within Oct 2006 ? Please let me know. Its Urgent.- suohman1
