To use the that LC you must have employer address and work location address same. If you have work place address as your previous clients's address, you might have problem in using that LC in I-140

Call the officer... Chicago sucks...your attorney might be true... there is no consistency in handling cases in Chicago. But the status must say "In Process", if it is still pending. You can find out the officer's name, who is handling your case, from the audit letter and ask the phone...

Our company HR checked status today evening and found this case approved. I am working in the next building of our corporate office.. so I visit corp. office every day. You have to login DOL system to check status. Our company also not providing sub account.

one of our case denied for a wrong date. We mistyped SWA job order date. This case moved to "in process" from "Denied" yesterday. Still in "In process" status. I think they are rerunning recently filed denied cases. It seems there is a mistake in your case so they denied it again...

Guys- DOL thinking we are fools I just visited my employers office... the immigration guy loged in and show me the status... DOL just posting "In process" in the front end. In their Database they have same earlier "sponsorship/audit/final review" status. We figured this by clicking withdraw...
