    Porting of EB3 to EB2 That's right guys, merely acceptance is not right. In the earlier case, he should have received his GC by now since his PD is 2003. Also, in June 2007 EB3 and EB2 were both current so it does not really says anything.

    How much time before I get receipt number?

    Receipt notice or AP? So does that mean, we do not have to have AP (Advance Parole) to travel outside US and come back in if we have an approved H1-B visa until 2009 or 2010? Even though the H1-B visa is not stamped in the passport, just 1-485 receipt is enough?
