Today I got mail saying that my I140 approved. Case history: 140/485/131/765 (EB2/con): 09/01/2004 131, 765 AD: 10/16/2004 140 RFE1: Some time in November 140 RFE2: 11/30/2004 replied on 12/29/2004, approved on 01/13/2004 Still waiting for FP. Thanks.- bucs2004
