I'm getting stressed out because my asylum interview is coming up. I want to know what happens if I don't get approved.

I came to US with Student Visa
Applied for Asylum in 2013 and got work authorization
Married to US citizen July 2017 and we filed i-130 and i-485 together (still pending)
Asylum interview is scheduled for Dec 2017

Now my asylum interview is coming up. Should I tell asylum officer that I'm married to USC now and have i-130 pending or not? What will happen if I don't get approved? Will Judge consider my i-130 and i-485 application?

Best to speak with an attorney

Well, if your asylum application is not approved you have your spousal visa to fall back on. What's the problem? You can still stay.
