Form I-131, RTD Application evidence

HI there I am in the process of filing I-131 to apply for a Refugee Travel Document after asylum was approved (asylum granted didn't have GC yet).

Form I-131 Instructions said：
You must attach a copy of the document issued to you by USCIS showing your refugee or asylee status and the expiration date of such status.

Right now I only have judge decision letter and new I94 card and old C08 card , new EAD A5 card didn't received yet.

I do not know What evidence needs to be attached? What's document issued by USCIS? Please give advice

I-94 showing asylee status should be enough

I-94 or judge’s order.

I’m not even sure why they asked for all these evidences. They have all the information in their databases. Just by entering your A number, that information should be available to the Officer.
