i do have a question about "Have you ever committed assisted in comittinf or attemoted to commit a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?"
i was charged with petit larceny but never arrested or went to jail.charge was reduced to Trespassing thru Deferred Adjudication whereby the entire matter was dismissed.i paid the cost which was less than $80 and performed 24 hours community service.
so my question is should i answer yes to items 22 ,23 and 24?if so do i provide all the paper work such as dismissal community service papers etc.Any help is appreciated
