I will be going to get married in August, I want to have my wife came back with me on a TD visa form India. Do I file the DS-160 once i am married or can i do it before then to have an earlier interview date? She is an indian citizen.
While there is some ambiguity, I have found no report of problems by filing the DS-160 before marriage (indicating "Married" on the form), as long, of course, as you are married at the time of the interview.
