Statement of Reason (two reasons?)

I am trying to write a good statement of reason for a the No Objection Waiver, but I have some doubts.
Can I write two reasons. I am going to marry with a US citizen but I also get a job and they will sponsor me if I am interested.
I don't know if it's a good idea to write the two reasons or just write one. If this is the case, which one is more powerful to get the waiver? Or both are good enough for them to give me the waiver?
Anybody has a good example of Statement of Reason.
Thank you very much in advance.

I think, when they say "statement of reason", they mean reason for a "waiver" of home residency, not reason for why you would like to stay in the U.S. So, all they care about is why you want a waiver. I am not a lawyer.
