TN Visa holder's Employer name change

Hi there,
I am a Canadian TN 1 visa holder working in USA, and my company change its name, actually they closed the old company and started a new company on Jan 2016 in different name with new Employer identification number, but the owners and place of company are still same.
My current visa is on old company, and it will expire at the end of 2016.

How do I extend my visa, or do I need to apply for change of employer?
Can I still work with my old visa at new company?
Thanks

When closing/reopening, I'm sure they were successors in interest, which would include sponsoring you. Ask them, and, if that is the case, then you do not need a new TN, just get an updated one when it is renewal time, with a new letter at the border.

Nelsona thanks for your replay, yes they will sponsor me.
I would like to renew my TN without leaving USA.
Do I need to apply from border?
Thanks

Of course they will sponsor you; the question was whether that assumed sponsorship when they reorganized.

To renew your TN, you have the choice of going to the border, like you did the first time, or filing an I-129 by mail, before your current TN expires.
