Hello Rahul Sir,
I had an approved I-140 from my previous employer. It was in the EB3 category. The priority date listed was 03/09/2012. The I-140 was approved on 01/17/2013. I changed employers on February 2014. I am not sure if my previous employer has revoked my I-140. Most likely yes.
My current employer filed for my green card. My new I-140 got approved (in EB2) but the priority date listed is 06/11/2015. Did I lose my priority date? I have read else where that when my PD of 2012 becomes current, I can still use it to apply for I-485. Is this correct ?
Please throw some light on this. I understand that this might be a duplicate question and I apologize for it. Please guide me.
