Hi guys, I had my master hearing with the IJ on May 2014. Judje didn't give any feedback, because another document was required & I did not give my fingerprints, cause no notice ever came. Even though we had sand request to the USCIS for fingerprints.
So I have to go back in October before the IJ, but still no fingerprints. I have filled 3 fingerprint request so far.
I read that in many cases the judge will not give decision or may even denie the case if fingerprints are not cleared.
Please, anyone has had a problem like this?
What can I do to go & have my fingerprints taken.
Any advise ? Please Help.!
