Urgent:Cross mark with pen on Visa
I'm holding a H1B Visa (multiple entry) issued on 18th Dec’2001, which is valid up to 21st Jan'2004. When entered in US on January at the port of entry the immigration officer put a cross mark on visa with pen by mistake thinking that it as an expired one (As I had another old visa which expired in 22nd Dec'2000). He explained that it was by mistake he crossed my new visa instead of old one and he assured that it would not create any issue later on.
Now I'm back in India and planning to travel to US by second week this month. My question is this cross mark on visa going to create any problem. If so is there any thing that we can do to (like re-stamping) to avoid any problems at the last minute.
