Is Re Entry permit needed, if traveling back to within 364 days?

Officially, no, but it greatly helps when travelling for longer than 6 months, and if you have a pattern of such long trips, DEFINITELY helps.
 
If you re sure, you ll be back ok. but I ll advise you to get one. Its a warranty to get in usa.
Lets say at the last minute.. you get sick or something, or a strike at the aiport and you travel after a year...
you ve lost your status.
be wise, get a reentry permit.
