F1 student transfer from 2 year college to 4 year university on expiring I-20??

Can an F-1 student transfer to a University after graduation? Or is it better to not graduate and have I- 20 extended through new university? By doing so would it be possible to change degree from associates degree to bachelors degree?
 
It s not a problem as long you keep going to school...
you apply to a university so you can get a new I-20.
forget about the past.
 
Yep, as long as you are in school and you are full time student.
holidays are allowed, in that case, your I-20 should be signed BEFORE you leave the USA.
