For now I am holding F1 visa, and I will graduate on December and start to work on Feb. I want to waive my previous J1 for applying H1B.
I am wondering when should I begin to do this?
And because i study in New York, but my working place is in California, which service center location should i choose?
Should I get the approval before i apply the H1B? or I just need to get approval before I change the status of my visa?
