My I-140 has been approved over 180 days. Now I have to find a new job. However, I spoke to some companies. They said they could not sponsor green card right away. They may sponsor one or two years later depending on my performance. But they will transfer my H1B right away. Will this be an issue to me? In this case, will I lose my priority day? What do I need to do to keep my priority date?
