Is it possible to apply for EAD card for a student that was still in the process for AOS for F1 for almost 8 months now and meanwhile applied for I-485 after parent filed for I-130.
He is offered an internship at a Financial Company for upcoming Summer and it is not sure if his GC process will already be completed.
Of course there is plenty of time and he can wait with applying until Feb. Or March if it is even possible.
