I am confused to answer this question.
After you left the country where you were harmed or fear harm, did you return to that country?
I came to USA in August 2009 with student Visa, and I am still with Student visa.
I went to a summer vacation in 2011, and I was mistreated and interrogated.
I went a summer vacation in 2012 and I was arrested, tortured and harmed. I did not go after that time.

Now I am preparing my asylum form.
Should I say 'no' for this question in the asylum form.

thats a good question and you should consult a lawyer , because your situation is tricky .
