Citizenship and owning vs leasing difference?

When applying for citizenship is there any difference whether a person owns vs leases his/her house?

I have heard an argument that the immigration officers tend to be nicer to people who own a property, because it shows that they are committed to stay and won't flee the States right after they get citizenship. Is that true? Anyone can tell?

Well, I guess owning could show stronger ties, which could be important when one has a questionable travel history, but really, nothing much to worry about.

Renting versus owning really does not matter.
Consider below a tall tale!!!

I can see that being relevant only in the case of someone having trips outside the US that question their intent to live in the and them owning property prove otherwise, but other than that I don't really see why it would matter.
