Locked Out

I am locked out of my uscis account.

They said I tried to change my password too many times and that my USCIS account is locked and that I should contact customer service.

I had a biometrics appointment and if they want to contact me the only way to do so is through my USCIS account.

What can I do please help.
I flied a paper application not online.

I would have to wait till monday and idk if I was contacted already. I am nervous.
