hi all, quick question, I'm a USC, green card petition been approved for both parents, now just need to send additional docs like police clearance etc If my parents come to US on tourist visa can I simply do I485 and receive green card for them?
If already in the US, parents can AoS.
A visit on a tourist visa will be in direct conflict with their pending immigrant petition, and risks being cause for denied entry.
Consular route is preferable for overseas petitioners.
