U.S. Citizen filing Form I-130, Form I-485, two Forms G-325 A, Form I-693, Form I-864EZ, Form I-765, Form I-1145 and Form I-131 together at the same time for Spouse, are USCIS fees the following:
- I-130 Filing Fee - $420
- I-485 Filing Fee - $1,070 ($985 + $85 biometric fee)?
Will both the I-130 and the I-485 fee need to be paid in this case, or just the latter? (I understand that I-765 and I-131 fees are included in the I-485 "packet price"
).
I am in the process of putting the above AOS packet together for our daughter and her spouse, yet would like to make sure I'll get USCIS fees right for jointly filing all of these forms. Thank you very much in advance for any advice on the matter! EURO2014
