Hello,
When applying for the master's CAP, i'm missing only the Degree certificate in the package. Instead i added a letter from University Dean's office on my graduation date and possible issuance of Degree certificate (Not from Registrar Office).
My lawyer wouldn't want to take risk by applying in Master's CAP reason being it might get rejected upon document verification prior getting into Lottery. He suggest you apply under general category.
My Question here is will Master's CAP 55,000(say) application will be opened prior lottery pick for document verification ?
