I have I-140 approved with my employer A in EB3 with PD as June 2008 and as a part of a merger, my current employer A made an agreement with another company B and gave our product division to the new Employer B. So, i had to transfer my H1 to the new employer B even though the job is going to exactly the same.
So, now they said that they have to start over my GC process since I don't have I-485 Pending and the new company is going to start my GC process. Can I apply for EB2 now? I have 13 years of total job experience and I have been in US from 2006. I don't have masters degree and my title is Senior technical Lead in this new company. In my prev GC, the title was support consultant. Will i be able to switch to EB2 with 13 years of experience from this new employer?
